What was the inspiration for the new Old Burger?
The Old Burger has been a staple in Melbourne’s old city for more than 60 years.
Its owner, David Dyson, says the new concept was born after the old Burger closed in 2015.
“We wanted to change it up a bit because we were in a transition period in the city and we wanted to be a destination,” he said.
“I think it’s a very different take on the burger, its more of a classic, traditional burger, but still very, very good.”
