China has become a food hub for westerners, as Westerners are finding it easier to visit and eat here than anywhere else in the world.
However, the Chinese government has also been doing something that has been missing in western countries: opening up to foreign tourists.
“Chinese people are more open-minded about Western food and Western culture, so westerners will always come to China for Western food,” said a 23-year-old Westerner in Beijing, who declined to give his surname.
“We’ll just have to adapt and be prepared to make Western dishes.”
In the past, Chinese authorities have been strict about banning Western food.
But a new wave of westerners is trying to break through that.
In a sign of how much China is embracing Western food, the food that Chinese people eat at home is also becoming increasingly Western-style.
Chinese chefs have developed a love of Western food by experimenting with different dishes, creating recipes that incorporate Western ingredients, like eggplant and avocado.
This trend is seen in Chinese restaurants, as well as in Western restaurants in Beijing.
The Chinese government says they want to open up and welcome Westerners.
In Shanghai, a new restaurant, China Western, opened last year in the heart of the Chinese capital.
The Chinese chef, who prefers not to give her name, says she was inspired by a Chinese food blog that has recently been popular in the United States.
“There are a lot of Chinese bloggers that are really interested in Western food so I decided to write my own recipe to try and open the door for Westerners,” she said.
“The Chinese people are so open-eyed about Western culture that they’ll try anything, so I’ve been trying out Western dishes with my own recipes.”
The new restaurant is run by the Chinese restaurant association of Shanghai.
China Western was named the best restaurant in China last year, beating out the likes of the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, Cantonesa and Michelin’s acclaimed Taiping restaurant.
But the new restaurant in Shanghai has taken on a whole new meaning, as it is one of only two Western-themed restaurants in China, the other being a Chinese restaurant in New York City.
According to the restaurant’s Facebook page, the new Western restaurant is the latest example of China Western’s passion for Western cuisine.
“[The new Western] restaurant is our first in Shanghai and the first Western restaurant in Beijing,” the restaurant says.
I want to give a big shout-out to my colleagues from the Chinese food blogger community, who are making this restaurant a reality.
It is so exciting to see the Chinese people taking up the cause of Western cuisine and Western cuisine, and it is a great honor to be a part of that.
